		<description>The objective of this restructure is to encourage a more competitive mobile market, but I&#039;m not as optimistic as Paul, China Unicom is much smaller compared with China Mobile. After restructure, China Mobile will continue to be a leading player in the market, the real challenge to China Mobile, I think, should be the TD-CDMA.
