		<description>Interesting post... but, I think this is not particular to Chinese.  I suspect most entreprenuers in the U.S. also don&#039;t like lawyers.  For one, they are really costly.  Two, they write in a language no one can understand.  And three, they make doing business much more difficult.  What&#039;s different is that Chinese do not see/accept lawyers as part of their lives yet.  Personally, I think we overuse lawyers here in teh US - maybe we can find a happy medium somewhere.</description>
