		<description>1.  Local management.  You mentioned it yourself actually: 1. if you start a company in China and have a full local management, dont be surprised if within a short period of time they will take your clients and knowledge and start their own company. They can, so why shouldnt they.  Now, this is not to say that it always happen, but I know several companies this happened to and they couldnt go the legal way in practice.

2. Author of this article should make a distinction about the markets: is it local china or abroad?  In his own example it&#039;s a company that currently deals mainly with ENGLISH or teaching Chinese to NON CHINESE.  If there is one example that almost ANY western can do in China, is teach English. 

3.  Not only that it&#039;s not easy to find good managers that would stay with the company but also their salary is becoming higher and higher, year on year. It&#039;s getting close and sometimes even more when compared with some European companies.</description>
