		<description>Although the idea itself is good, the reality is there is no way for profitable and publicly-listed US companies to be acquired by Chinese companies or investment funds. It is not good for their branding, the Chinese management can&#039;t add any value they haven&#039;t got already, and it&#039;s not good for the investors. So from a long term perspective the idea is just not workable.
It is not just about the money. Hedge funds in the US or offshore are sitting on hundreds of billions of USD but it doesn&#039;t mean they can just go and acquire Microsoft or Google.
